Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ROOFER'S EYE™ ("the Platform," "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and Pro subscribers. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

ROOFER'S EYE™ is operated by His Super Affiliates, a division of In His Hands Ministries International, Atlanta, Georgia, USA ("Company," "we," "us").

2. Description of Service

ROOFER'S EYE™ provides:

• AI-powered roof measurement and cost estimation tools
• Material comparison and selection guides
• PDF quote generation for roofing contractors
• Satellite-based roof area measurement (Pro feature, via Google APIs)
• AI roofing analysis and recommendations powered by Anthropic Claude
• Pro and Agency subscription plans for contractors

3. Estimate Accuracy Disclaimer

ROOFER'S EYE™ estimates are generated using regional pricing data, AI models, and publicly available cost databases. We make no warranty that estimates reflect the actual cost you will be quoted by a contractor. Factors that may cause variation include:

• Current local material and labor market conditions
• Site-specific conditions discovered during inspection
• Hidden damage to decking, structure, or flashing
• Local permit and code requirements
• Contractor pricing variations

The Company is not responsible for any financial decisions made based solely on ROOFER'S EYE™ estimates.

4. Pro Subscription Terms

Billing: Pro ($49/month) and Agency ($149/month) plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Charges begin on the day you subscribe.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days.

Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion for technical failures that prevent use of the service. Contact us within 7 days of the charge.

Price Changes: We will notify you 30 days in advance of any price changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Platform's estimation algorithms
• Share Pro account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Platform
• Submit false property information to generate fraudulent estimates
• Resell access to the Platform without written permission
• Use AI-generated estimates to misrepresent costs to customers (contractor fraud)

6. Intellectual Property

The ROOFER'S EYE™ name, logo, platform design, estimation algorithms, and all original content are the exclusive property of His Super Affiliates / In His Hands Ministries International. All rights reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform.

PDF Quotes: PDF quotes generated through the Platform may be used freely for legitimate business purposes (presenting to customers, filing for permits, etc.).

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with Google APIs, Anthropic Claude AI, and Stripe. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

ROOFER'S EYE™ is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates will be accurate for your specific situation.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless His Super Affiliates, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or misuse of estimates provided.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia, or through binding arbitration at our election.

12. Contractor Responsibility

Roofing contractors using ROOFER'S EYE™ to generate customer estimates are solely responsible for:

• Verifying estimate accuracy before presenting to customers
• Holding all required state and local licenses
• Carrying adequate insurance coverage
• Complying with all applicable consumer protection and contractor laws
• Honoring their own written bids and contracts with customers

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will provide 30 days notice via email to Pro subscribers.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ROOFER'S EYE™ at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent use, or any reason at our sole discretion. Pro subscribers terminated for cause are not entitled to refunds.
